Note: Candidates can apply for vacancies in one State/UT only. There is no provision for Inter-Circle / Inter-State Transfer for Junior Associates before completion of 5 years of service.

✅ SBI Clerk Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification (as on 31.12.2026): Graduation in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government. Candidates with Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) must have passed on or before 31.12.2026.

Local Language Proficiency: Candidates must be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified opted local language of the State/UT applied for. Candidates who have studied the local language in 10th or 12th standard are exempt from LLPT.

Age Limit (as on 01.04.2026): Minimum 20 years and Maximum 28 years (born not earlier than 02.04.1998 and not later than 01.04.2006 – both dates inclusive).

Age Relaxation: OBC – 3 years, SC/ST – 5 years, PwBD (Gen/EWS) – 10 years, PwBD (OBC) – 13 years, PwBD (SC/ST) – 15 years.

Starting Basic Pay: ₹26,730/- (₹24,050 + two advance increments for graduates).
